AFLAC

Aflac is a U.S. insurer that provides supplemental insurance, paying cash benefits directly to people for expenses not covered by regular health insurance (like accidents or illness).

SD Health Pool

The Health Pool of South Dakota is a nonprofit, self-funded health insurance program that provides coverage to employees of local governments in South Dakota.

Instead of traditional insurance, it works as a risk-sharing pool, meaning member organizations share costs to keep rates more stable and affordable while still offering health benefits.

Colonial Life

Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is a U.S.-based insurer that offers voluntary supplemental insurance—such as accident, disability, and life coverage—through employers.

Employment Policy Resolution
